Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Global InTech AS, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Norway, with exclusive jurisdiction in Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).

EU users may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Privacy
